Newegg has reduced the price of the ABS Stratos II Ruby gaming PC to $2,549.99. This figure is $450 lower than the standard list price for the unit. The retailer lists the system as a pre-built configuration designed for high-performance gaming.
Three components define the system's market position. First, it is the least expensive RTX 5070 Ti gaming PC currently listed on Newegg. Second, it pairs that graphics card with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor. Third, the $450 discount places the total cost under $2,550, a price point Tom's Hardware describes as strong for the current hardware market.
The system utilizes AMD's 3D V-Cache technology. The eight-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor includes 96MB of L3 cache. This large cache volume reduces the need for the CPU to access slower system memory. The result is lower latency and more consistent frame rates. Tom's Hardware notes that no Intel processor currently matches the gaming performance of X3D chips, though the 9800X3D is no longer the absolute top of the benchmark charts.
The graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. It is part of the current Blackwell generation and features 8,960 CUDA cores. The card includes 16GB of GDDR7 video memory. This memory capacity exceeds the 8GB found on lower-tier RTX 5060 and RTX 5050 cards. The hardware supports 1440p and 4K gaming, including ray tracing and DLSS with multi-frame generation.
The remaining specifications support high throughput. The system includes 32GB of DDR5 memory. The modules are G.Skill Ripjaws M5 Neo RGB units running at 6,000 MT/s. Storage consists of a 2TB Team Group NV5000 M.2 SSD with Gen 4 speeds. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and Ethernet. A Bitspower 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler manages heat from the processor.
ABS is a brand owned by Newegg. This ownership structure explains the wide availability of ABS systems on the retailer's site. Tom's Hardware expects the current offer to sell out quickly due to the pricing. The report was published on October 23, 2026.
