Best Buy lowered the price of the Acer Predator XB27OU by $50 on October 23, 2026. The monitor now sells for $329.99. This reduction targets gamers who want to replace IPS panels with OLED technology at a lower cost.
The device features a 26.5-inch QD-OLED panel. It displays images at a maximum resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. This resolution is commonly referred to as QHD or 2K. Tom's Hardware notes that this setting works well with mid-range gaming PCs because the graphics card can maintain high frame rates without strain.
The screen refreshes at 240Hz. It has a gray-to-gray response time of 0.03ms. OLED technology enables this speed. The quick response helps prevent ghosting and keeps motion smooth during gameplay.
The monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium. This feature synchronizes the display refresh rate with the game frame rate. It removes screen tearing and stabilizes the visual experience.
Color performance is strong on this panel. The XB27OU covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It maintains a Delta E accuracy below 2. The display supports HDR10 and 10-bit color. These specs improve contrast, color depth, and brightness compared to standard dynamic range. The panel produces deep blacks and strong contrast.
Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port. Users can connect a gaming PC and multiple consoles to the same screen. Shoppers can purchase the monitor at Best Buy for $329.99.
